• YKS7216 Numerically Controlled Gear Grinding Machine

    The YKS7216 is a new-generation dual-spindle small-size CNC worm gear wheel hobbing machine developed to meet the high-speed and high-precision gear processing requirements of industries such as new energy vehicles and precision reducers. The machine enables fully automatic control of workpiece automatic clamping, tool setting, grinding, and dressing processes. Its novel direct-drive spindle structure effectively enhances the torsional rigidity and motion stability of the spindle, with a maximum spindle speed of 10,000 rpm for the grinding wheel and 3,000 rpm for the workpiece.
