The software is designed and developed for YK7332A CNC forming grinding wheel gear grinding machine. It adopts advanced structure framework and object-oriented programming technology. The system has a good human-computer interface and is easy to operate. There are four functional modules in total: section calculation, arc fitting, automatic generation of grinding wheel trimming subprogram, program management and download. Through the four function modules, the cutting calculation and arc fitting can be carried out automatically according to the basic parameters of the cycloidal gear, and finally the grinding wheel trimming subroutine can be generated. The corresponding products include standard cycloidal gear and two-tooth difference cycloidal gear, wherein the standard cycloidal gear also includes multi-tooth grinding.
The main functions are as follows:
1. Good human-computer interface. The system has a friendly interface and is easy to operate. Only basic parameters need to be input to realize the automatic generation of grinding wheel dressing program. The results can be displayed to the operator in the form of data and graphics, which is convenient and intuitive. It can save the existing part information and data files, and can be directly called during the use process, reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving the operation speed and efficiency.
2. Calculation of section. Input the basic parameters of the cycloidal gear to automatically calculate the section of the standard cycloidal gear and the cycloidal gear with two tooth difference and generate the data point file.
3. Circular arc fitting. The discrete point data of section calculation is fitted with arc, which makes the section of grinding wheel more smooth and easy to program and process under the premise of guaranteeing the accuracy.
4. Automatic generation of trimming subprogram. Automatically generate and save the corresponding grinding wheel dressing subroutine according to the numerical control system of the machine tool.
The software shall run under Windows XP with a resolution of 1024 × 768.
