To enhance the machining efficiency of the stator grinder for vane pumps, our company has developed the QCNC6803 dedicated CNC system. This system employs spiral radial continuous feed grinding and comes with built-in stator curve optimization software, capable of optimizing discrete data points and regenerating machining curves. The machining program is automatically generated based on user-input parameters, eliminating the need for manual programming.

Our group company's product QMK003 CNC inner hole curve grinder adopts the QCNC6803 CNC system. After testing, it only takes 60 seconds to process a stator with a unilateral clearance of 50S, and the contour error is within 3S; The same machine tool equipped with the Naco CNC system has been tested to process the same test piece in 220 seconds, with a contour error of about 4S.
