• Dual-stage compressor host

    The dual-stage compressor host is designed with an isometric compressor. After being compressed in the first stage, the air is cooled by oil injection in the intermediate chamber, reducing the suction temperature of the second stage. As the compression ratio of each stage is reduced, at the same time, the leakage inside the compressor host is reduced, which not only reduces the power of the drive shaft, but also improves the exhaust volume of the compressor.

    Through long-term experimental comparison and verification, under standard working conditions and good equipment maintenance and operation, the exhaust volume of the main engine of the two-stage compressor with the same shaft power is 15% more than that of the single compressor, that is, it is more energy-saving than that of the single compressor.
