This series of wind power speed-up gearbox includes QFZ1500 and QFZ1500A, with mechanical power of 1660kW and 1700kW respectively, growth ratio of 94/104,94.04/104.1 and rated input torque of 933kNm.
This series of speed-up gearbox is designed and analyzed by the British advanced gear transmission design software Romax and the finite element analysis software ANSYS, with the efficiency of 97.5% above. It has passed the GL product design certification and product type test A-level certification.
Our company has 3.7MW high-power gearbox loading test bench, Hexagon three-coordinate measuring instrument and other equipment, with strong gearbox design and manufacturing capacity, and can provide wind power gearbox inspection, maintenance, various tests and other services for the wind farm owners and the whole machine manufacturers.

The company's part processing and assembly area is 2950m2, and has 3700KW high-power full-closed gearbox test stand, 75KW full-closed gearbox test stand, Hexagon three-coordinate measuring instrument and other equipment. Over 1000 sets of various high-power gearboxes are produced annually. It has provided high-quality products and services for petroleum machinery, wind power generation, metallurgy and chemical industry, ocean engineering and other industries.
